Different people. Same levers.

None of these came from a burst of motivation or a perfect month. They came from the same handful of things, done on ordinary days, counted by somebody who was paying attention.

Down 38 lbs

“I’ve always been a big guy. I had gotten lean before but as soon as I’d have any type of setback due to schedule or life, I’d fall off and put the weight back on. I don’t have to constantly worry about what I eat anymore.”

Down nearly 100 lbs

Nearly 100 pounds, through daily coaching rather than a one time plan. What changed was having someone reviewing her progress and adjusting it in real time.

Individual results vary. Every person here started somewhere they did not want to be, on a week that looked like yours.

What was actually missing

You have done this before.

And it was not the plan. The plan was mostly fine. Here is what nobody gave you with it.

Nobody was in your corner.

The days you did show up never counted for anything.

The day you missed, you got punished for it.

And then you had to talk yourself back on your own.

Every plan you have been handed was written before it met you and never changed after. It could not see your Tuesday. It did not know which two days a week reliably come apart for you, and it never once told you that the thing you were doing was already working.

Motivation is not something you have. It shows up some mornings and not others, and every plan you have tried quietly assumed it would show up every morning for a year. So I built something that does not need it.

The part that changes everything

I will show you it is working before you can see it.

Everything that actually causes fat loss pays out late. Water pays out in days and never shows on the scale. Strength takes months. Sleep shows up in how the other four go. Nobody tells you that, so the silence feels like failure, and you quit in the exact window where it was working.

If you knew for certain you were doing it right, you would keep going. So my whole job is proving it to you early.

I find where you fall offBefore you fall off. You tell me the two days a week it reliably comes apart, and we build the guardrail there instead of pretending those days will not happen.
I keep the bar low on purposeAt the start, low enough that you clear it on a bad day. Momentum is the only thing that compounds, and nothing kills it faster than a first week you cannot repeat.
I count what nobody countsRest days. Planning ahead. The decision you made at nine at night. The day you had the cheesecake and sent the photo anyway. That one especially.
I show you the trend, both waysUp while it is still going up, so you get the credit. Down on a Wednesday, quietly, while it is still a Wednesday problem and not a month.
You see people in your exact positionGrouped by what you are actually facing, so you find out the thing you thought was uniquely wrong with you is what everybody in your group is feeling this week.
I push you to say it out loudTo one person, or to everyone. Bring in the friend who has been saying they will start Monday for a year. It is worth more points, and it is worth more than points.

This is the week you cannot see yet. The card is how you find out it is already happening.

What this actually is

This is not an app.

There is nothing to download and nothing to remember to open. It is me, or it is the system I spent two years building out of twenty eight years of coaching, running your day and reporting back every single night.

It reaches you as a text, because in twenty eight years that is the one thing people have actually kept up with.

01
Your day, run for youThe five get set. You are not asked to decide anything, you are asked to hit five things.
02
Your night, read backYour number, which way your week is heading, and where everybody else landed.
03
Your trainingBuilt around the equipment you actually have, including none.
04
Your foodBuilt around how you already eat. Restaurants and Friday night included.

The Bridge

My system in your pocket, every day.

It texts you through the day, scores the five things that decide results, and sends your card every night. You can come at it as many times as you want. It is running my method, not me personally, and I would rather say that plainly.

  • Your plan set for you, training around the equipment you have, food around how you already eat
  • Check ins through the day, by text, unlimited
  • Your card every night, your score, and which way your week is heading
  • Your two hardest days set to count double
  • Group challenges, and other people in it on the same day

Coaching with me

It starts with forty five minutes on the phone with me.

Not a form. A call, just the two of us, so I have your history in your voice. After that I am the one reading your week and writing back, and every two weeks there is a live call with a small group of people doing the same thing.

  • Everything in The Bridge, running underneath the whole time
  • A forty five minute call with me to open, before anything is set
  • I read your week and answer you myself, not the system
  • A live call every two weeks, small group, cameras on
  • I set your plan and your hard days by hand, and I move them as your life moves
  • My direct line, for text and voice notes

No contract either way, and you can move between them whenever you want. I have been coaching since I was sixteen. I am forty four this year. Twenty nine dollars is the least anybody has ever paid to work with me, and I priced it there on purpose so money is never the reason somebody stays stuck.

How it gets scored

What if the process was actually fun?

I have asked myself that for most of twenty eight years of coaching, and this is the answer. Five rules, kept as a game you can win. Nothing here needs remembering. You get told what the day is, you go and do it, and the day gets counted.

1

Five things get scored every day

Water, steps, strength, protein, calories. You are not asked to decide anything. You are asked to hit five things, and the score gets kept.

2

Every night you find out where you stand

Your number for the day, which way your week is heading, and where everyone else landed. Not a summary of what you already know. The part you cannot see from inside your own week.

3

Nothing ever resets

Miss a day and you lose nothing. No streak breaks. Coming back is the thing that scores, because coming back is the actual skill and nobody has ever given you credit for it.

4

Your two hardest days are worth double

You say which two days a week it reliably falls apart. Those become the days worth the most. The day that used to end it becomes the day that decides it.

5

You are not doing it on your own

Bring people in and you all pay less. And you will see how the room did, which on a hard day tells you whether it was you or whether it was everybody.

Every night, by text

Your scorecard.

Ten seconds to read. It tells you what you got right today, what that is already doing for you, and the one thing to do tomorrow. It does not lecture you and it does not report your weight back at you.

Fat loss is thousands of small decisions across a month. A bad day is almost never a hundred wrong ones. It is fifty one. Nobody has ever counted the other forty nine for you.

WednesdayDay 3

All five, three days running.

What this is doing

You have hit your water every day. It will not show on the scale, ever. It is why you did not crash at four o’clock.

Tomorrow

Thursday is a hard one for you. Get your steps in before lunch and you are done for the day.

54up 21 today

Week one

TuesdayDay 34

Four of five. Protein came up short.

What this is doing

You have trained nine of the last ten Tuesdays. Tuesday used to be the day you skipped. You never decided to fix that. It just happened.

The slow one

Six strength sessions in three weeks. This is the one that takes longest to see. You are about two weeks from feeling it on the stairs.

Tomorrow

Protein at breakfast. That is the whole job.

1,240up 18 today

Week five

MondayDay 41

You missed the weekend. Nothing reset.

Where you actually are

Forty one days in, you have shown up for thirty six. That is the number that matters. Not the two.

What this is doing

You still sent Saturday’s photo. On a weekend that fell apart, you stayed in it. That is the habit that decides the next six months.

Tomorrow

One thing. Protein at breakfast. Leave the rest alone today.

1,301up 30 for coming back

Bring somebody with you

The people who start with someone are the people who finish.

It is one of the best evidenced findings in the field and almost nobody builds for it. In the trial that tested it, the people who came in with friends, and had that support built into the program, kept the weight off nearly three times as often.

24%of people who joined on their own kept the weight off in full
66%of people who joined with friends kept it off in full

Wing and Jeffery, 1999, Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology. 166 participants, followed from month four to month ten. The 66 percent group was recruited with friends and given social support built into the treatment; the 24 percent group came alone on standard treatment.

Anyone you bring gets your priceYour wife, your brother, the friend who has been saying they will start Monday for a year. They come in at what you pay.
You see each other's daysNot your weight and not your body. Whether you showed up. That is the only thing that turns out to matter.
Hard days get carriedYour double days and theirs are usually different days. That is the point. Somebody is having a good one when you are not.

Progress is the point.
Not the score.

The score is just the thing that finally makes progress visible while it is happening, instead of six months later when your jeans tell you.

And there are people doing this in different countries, different jobs, different lives, hitting the exact same wall on a Thursday afternoon that you hit. Most of us go through this convinced we are the only one who finds it hard. You are going to learn more from them than from anything I could write down.

Protein and calories, in real life

Restaurants and Friday night included.

Food gets built around how you already eat, not around how somebody thinks you should eat. Every photo below came off my phone. Real meals, real days, real weeks.

Common questions

The questions people actually ask.

What happens the day I start?

You tell me how you eat, how your week runs, what your job does to it, and what you have already tried. From that the five get set for you, and your two hardest days get set. Then it starts the next morning. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up.

What is the difference between $29 and $199?

The knowledge is the same. At $29 you get my entire method running your day as a system, not me personally, and I would rather say that plainly than have you find out. It runs your plan, it scores the five, and it reports back every single night.

At $199 we open on a call, just the two of us, and after that I am the one reading your week and writing back myself. Same knowledge base underneath. The difference is how much of me is in your week.

What if I miss a day?

You lose nothing. Nothing ever resets and no streak breaks. Coming back is the thing that scores, because coming back is the actual skill and nobody has ever given you credit for it.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your training gets built around the equipment you actually have, including none.

What about restaurants and Friday night?

Built in from the start. Food gets built around how you already eat, because a plan that needs you to eat like somebody else is a plan you stop.

Can I move between the two?

Any time, in either direction. Tell me and I will move you. There is no contract either way.

If you would rather run it yourself

The 4 Week Fat Loss Plan.

Written by me, start to finish. Your training for four weeks, your food built around how you already eat, and the exact order to do it in. You get it once, it is yours, and you run it on your own schedule with nobody checking in.

This is the whole plan on paper. If what you actually want is somebody in your week every day, the two options above are that.

$97 one time, yours to keep Get the plan

No subscription. Nothing recurring.

You are not short on information. You have read all of it. What you have never had is somebody counting the things you are already getting right, on the days you cannot see them yourself.

Start today. You will know by Friday whether this is different.

No contract either way. Stay as long as you like.
