What happens during the weekends?
I am off during the weekends for much needed family time but we have a structure for the weekends:
1. Continue to track with planning ahead and pictures every Saturday and Sunday
2. We co-create a Saturday and Sunday game plan based off your weekend on Friday and review how everything went on Monday.
How fast can I see success?
The faster you apply each of the 5 pillars with consistency, the faster you’ll see change. Additionally, the more weight you have to lose, the faster you can see early progress. Either way, week over week progress is expected.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time or stay as long as you’d like.
Do you work with vegans or carnivore or keto based preferences?
Yes, I work with any food preferences whatsoever. We’re going to fit the program to you, not you to it. An absolute must for your long-term success!
