John Schaefer Health, LLC and its coaches, trainers, and employees are not medical professionals. 3. Use at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that participation in any physical activity or dietary program carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of using our services.
4. Limitation of Liability

9. Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To qualify for a refund: (1)The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your subscription's start date. (2) Refunds apply only to new subscriptions or renewals and do not cover past usage of the service.
10. Return Policy
Since our service is digital and non-tangible, no returns are applicable. Access to the coaching materials will be revoked immediately upon a refund.
11.Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested within the first 7 days of the subscription period: (1) After the 7-day refund window, cancellations will be applied at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future periods. (2) No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription outside the initial 7-day period.
